TO RECEIVE THE BLESSINGS PROMISED HERE

I will sing of the mercies of the Lord forever; With my mouth will I make known Your faithfulness to all generations.

Your mercy shall be built up forever; You establish Your faithfulness in the very heavens.

But You have been furious with Your anointed. You have broken down all of our hedges;

Remember, Lord, the reproach of Your servants—Blessed be the Lord forevermore! Amen and Amen.

GOD STATES BASIC PRINCIPLES OF HIS COVENANT (the basis for Relationship) WITH US

GOD DESIRES TO BLESS US AND PROVIDE FOR US FOREVER.

HE IS COMMITTED TO ESTABLISHING US ON THE EARTH.

AS “OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN”

GOD HOPES WE WILL HAVE ENOUGH “FEAR / REVERENCE” OF HIM

TO WALK IN HIS WAYS AND KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS

NOTICE “THE CALL TO RIGHTEOUSNESS”

and “MERCY” GO HAND IN HAND.

THIS IS SEEN THROUGHOUT THE BIBLE:

God deemands our obedience,

but offers mercy as we strive to walk in it.

GOD NEVER LETS US FORGET THAT SIN HAS CONSEQUENCES....

EVEN WITH RESPECT TO HIS COVENANT AND PROMISE OF MERCY

WHETHER WALKING IN BLESSINGS FOR OBEDIENCE

OR CHASTISEMENT FOR SIN...

GOD WANTS US TO KEEP PRAYING AND SEEKING HIM
