We all cry out to God when we need help....
God shows us in this Psalm that IF the trouble we are experiencing
IS THE RESULT OF OUR BAD CHOICES, ….
GOD HAS A PLAN FOR HELPING US ANYWAY. (Imagine that.)
This week we will pray through Psalm 4 and learn to receive forgiveness and God's grace to bring healing and victory in situations where we have allowed the enemy to come in through bad choices that reject God's glory and truth.
PRAYER
Father, Show me where my choices have given the enemy advantage over me.
Forgive me and restore me to Your grace and to the place I can receive the victory
YOU PROMISE YOUR PEOPLE.
DAY 2
“Him who is godly” is any person who obeys God. When you acknowledge (to God and to yourself) THAT GOD HAS THE POWER AND THE PLAN YOU NEED FOR VICTORY IN THE TRIAL YOU ARE FACING,....and You Begin to Seek Him about it, YOU WILL QUICKLY EXPERIENCE AN INCREASE IN YOUR FAITH.
PRAYER Father, You are Above all powers and above all creation, AND YOU STILL LOVE ME ENOUGH TO GET INVOLVED IN MY LIFE AND IN MY BATTLES. Help me hear from You and receive the Word from Your Spirit that will give me victory and glorify You as My God and My Savior.
DAY 5
7-8 This promise will be fulfilled in you as you “hear from God” and begin to follow the “guidance” He gives you. It is also a great “Word to praise Him with” as your “meditation” in the Word and a “Faith Declaration” to use as your “Sword of the Spirit” until the victory comes.
PRAYER Father, I Thank You for filling me with Your Joy and Gladness, and with Your Peace that will allow me to “sleep” and to rest in You as I trust You with my victory over the enemy.
DAY 3
Here's The Key: Your “flesh”, in other words, “YOU” don't want to be told you are doing anything wrong”. God warns us “not to get angry”, but to meditate about “what He has said”. God's “meditating” is when you pray and worship God with what He has said to you (THIS PSALM)...AND STAY WITH IT UNTIL YOU “HEAR HIM SPEAK” ! THIS IS HOW YOU “Put your trust in The Lord”.
PRAYER Father, Fill me with Your Spirit and Your Grace to help me meditate in Your Word and on the things You are telling me now. Teach me “to put my trust in You” AND TO KEEP IT THERE, through meditating on Your Words, UNTIL I HEAR YOUR VOICE.
DAY 4
:6 God is saying, “Don't listen to what “they say”. God will show you “the good” because You are doing things His Way.
PRAYER Father, I Thank You for Your Grace and Mercy, and for never giving up on me. I am beginning a new walk with You that will be marked by my hearing from You and following You as You lead me into the blessings, provision, and protection You promise for Your children.

TO CALL BELIEVERS (and the world) TO RIGHTEOUSNESS / HOLINESS
TO DEFEAT THE ENEMY WHEN HE COMES AGAINST YOU.
